"In my first session with Tamar last week, we identified a “baby step” project of cleaning off two surfaces in my office. Doing this would give me easy access to three important areas: (1) money (2) sales (3) projects. Throughout the week, I used my new organized surfaces time and time again and with each success felt more and more energized. An additional breakthrough came as I embraced the concept of “baby steps.” It worked so well for me that I found myself thinking up new mini-projects I could do when I had a hour or two."

"I gained a sense of relief from becoming unstuck. Tamar’s willingness to get me out of my head and into my gut was VERY EFFECTIVE, especially for high functioning people. Coaching helped me forge new paths, rather than getting back on the old one."
